  Terms and conditions

Prices are per week for the Villa which sleeps 6 there is also a cot available. This includes, electric, linen (you will be required to bring your own towels for around the pool), weekly cleaning of the Villa and pool.

April £395 (pool closed)

 May and last 3 weeks in September £499

June & 1st 3 weeks in July £559

  Last week in July ,August & 1st week in Sept £589

  October £395 (pool closed)

 £250 Deposit is required and will be refunded on return of the keys and providing there are no breakages or damages. Some or all of the deposit may be required to repair/replace any broken or damaged items.

You can pay by UK cheque or money transfer, if paying by cheque the £250 deposit will be cashed and refunded after inspection of the property and return of the keys.

Rentals are from Sat to Sat and are valid from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

25% deposit is required at the time of booking which is not refundable so its adviseable to have adequate travel insurance and the full balance is required 8 weeks before arrival.

Please do not book your flights until your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellations should be made in writing and if you have to cancel for any reason covered by your insurance policy you should be able to cover the cancelation charges.

The following charges apply - more than 12 weeks loss of deposit, 84-43 days 40% cost of the holiday,42-29 days 50% cost of the holiday, 28-22 days 70% of the holiday ,21-15 days 90% cost of the holiday and 14 -0 days 100% cost of the holiday.

In the unlikely event of the accomodation not being available as booked a full refund will be given.

Full details of directions and delivery of keys will be confirmed once the final payment has been made.
