The villa is non smoking for your saftey and the comfort of other guests. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a dining area. There is a TV to play DVDs or videos and a CD/radio, there is a selection of music and films for you to use. For the colder months there is a roaring log burner to keep you warm.

The newly fitted kitchen comes complete with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and comes fully equipped with crockery and cooking utensils, iron and ironing board.

There are two double rooms and one twin complete with linen ,towels and hairdryer.

The bathroom has a shower and three quarter bath.
